Everyone has them - they are literally programmed in your DNA. So that means you, even if you don’t feel like you have a creative bone in your body.
In class we will practice the Creative Brain Superpowers through step-by-step artful exercises that open your creativity and activate mindfulness and reflection. I think of them as repeatable, creativity yoga poses, but no downward dog required!
