Repetitive mark making, patterning, and coloring - are akin to other rhythmic activities like showering, walking, and meditation. (Suzanne’s definition.)

  • Quick 1-to-10 minute exercises

  • Simple doodling* combined with

    • traditional mindfulness methods like focused, intentional breathing

    • sensory awareness prompts

  • Can be done anywhere, any time
