During the course, you’ll practice Creativity Lifestyle routines know to provide greater calm, joyfulness, and insight.

In each class, I will guide you through a series of low-stress, creativity and mindfulness exercises and projects.

HERE’S THE STRUCTURE

The course includes 5 live Zoom classes:

3 group classes (2 hours each)

2 private 1:1 classes to focus just on YOU (1 hour each)

 

Group Class -- Week One

In Week One of our group classes, we’ll explore the power of circles to protect and energize what’s important to you -- and keep out what’s not! Along the way, we’ll tune up your innately human “Play & Let Go” Creative Brain Superpower (which might have been dormant since the 1970s) and release some of those sticky old beliefs. In the process, you’ll learn how to open more fully to the beauty and joy in the present moment. 

Group Class - Week Two

Week Two is all about balance and the power of dualities. We’ll get you centered with your “Sync Up” Creative Brain Superpower, harmonizing breath, heart, and gentle doodling. Tapping into your “Visualize & Embody” Creative Brain Superpower, we’ll explore how to say “NO” to unwanted obligations while at the same time saying “YES” to yourself -- without guilt.

In class we will practice the Creative Brain Superpowers through step-by-step artful exercises that open your creativity and activate mindfulness and reflection. I think of them as repeatable, creativity yoga poses, but no downward dog required!
